"DO NOT BE
CRUEL TO ANIMAL (i.e. A Cat)"
Hazrat Ibn e Umar (RadiALLAH Ta'ala Anhu)
reported: The Messenger of ALLAH TA'ALA Hazrat MOHAMMAD
(Sallallahu Ta'ala Alayhi Wa'Aalehi Wasllam)
said:
A woman was punished
because of a cat she had
imprisoned until it died. She
entered Hellfire because of it. She
did not give it food or water while
it was imprisoned, neither did she
set it free to eat from the
vermin of the earth.
